Stock Handling Workshop, Mortlake

Join Victorian Farmer’s Federation’s Stock Sense, in conjunction with HF Richardson Livestock & Property and Western Victoria Livestock Exchange, for a free workshop covering stockyard design, stock handling techniques and overall livestock safety for sheep, cattle and goats.
Session 1: Mark Bennett
Discussion on designing stockyards for the future to enhance long-term efficiency and safety in your farm infrastructure.
Session 2: Jack Briscoe
Presentation of techniques for low-stress stock handling, an essential practice for both improving livestock flow and reducing injury risks for farmers and animals alike.
