Nomination forms MUST be emailed to returningofficer@vff.org.au NO LATER THAN 5:00pm, Tuesday 31 March 2026.

A VFF UDV region map can be viewed here.

WHO CAN NOMINATE:

Please be aware that VFF Election Rules require candidates and nominees to be eligible voting members as per their individual VFF UDV membership type. Eligible VFF UDV voting members include VFF Member, Employer Member and Commodity Contributor tiers. In line with the VFF Constitution, only two (2) nominees can vote per membership, nominees one (1) and two (2).

An election will be announced should a role receive more than one (1) individual nomination.

Regardless of whether an election is held or not, the successful candidates will be announced at the upcoming VFF UDV Conference in Ballarat on Monday 1 June 2026.

If you know someone or yourself is interested in ensuring your voice is heard on the issues that matter to the Victorian dairy industry, we’d love to hear from you.
