- Chair of Finance and Audit Committee’s Report
- Receive and Consider the 2021 VFF Financial Report
(Note: there is no requirement for Members to approve the financial report) - Appointment of Auditor for 2022
All financial members of the VFF are entitled to attend and vote at the VFF Annual General Meeting.
ATTENDANCE
Due to the developments in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic and in the interests of the health and safety of members, staff and other stakeholders, the VFF will hold its 2022 AGM as a virtual meeting. There will not be a physical venue for members to attend. Members will be able to attend the AGM online as follows:
- Registration – all members wishing to attend must pre-register by no later than 12pm Tuesday 22 February 2022. Please email your first name, surname and email to [email protected] and we will send you a registration link.
- Following successful registration, Members will receive an email containing a link that will provide access to attendance at the AGM
All financial members of the VFF are entitled to attend and vote at the VFF Annual General Meeting.
PROXIES
Members may appoint another individual or the Chair as proxy. A Proxy Form can be downloaded from the VFF website here. Correctly completed Proxy Forms must be lodged with the VFF no later than Close of Business Tuesday 15th February 2022. Proxy Forms may be lodged either by
