We’re excited to announce the appointment of a new leadership team for VFF Horticulture group, with Goulburn Valley farmer Michael Crisera elected as President.
Joining the leadership group are Kain Richardson as Western Region Councillor, Monre Meyer as Central Region Councillor and Dean Gazzola as Central Region Councillor.
VFF Returning Officer Charlie Thomas congratulated the incoming team and said the appointments reflected the strength and experience within Victoria’s horticulture sector.
“Michael and the entire team bring a wealth of industry knowledge, practical experience and a deep understanding of the challenges facing growers across Victoria and I look forward to working with them on behalf of all Victorian horticulture producers.”

Michael has built an extensive career across horticultural production, industry representation and extension services, earning a reputation as a trusted and practical voice for growers.
With experience spanning the horticulture supply chain, he has worked closely with producers, industry stakeholders and policymakers to support a productive, sustainable and competitive industry.
The new leadership team will play a critical role in advocating for growers and strengthening the future of Victorian horticulture.
