We’re seeking your observations and data to help monitor mouse activity across Victoria. This information (excluding your contact details) will be shared with Grain Producers Australia if the use of ZP50 mouse bait is required in Victoria.
Grain Producers Australia has submitted an emergency permit application to the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA); however, the permit will only be activated for regions where mouse pressure has been reported.
Once sufficient reports of increased mouse activity are received, the permit for the relevant GRDC‑defined ecological zone will be triggered, enabling farmers in that zone to access ZP50 mouse bait.
Please provide as much information as you can. We may contact you if further details are required.
PLEASE NOTE If you are submitting observations from multiple paddocks/locations, please submit as separate surveys to allow for accurate data capturing.‘
