Introducing Tim Green (VFF Senior People and Culture Advisor)
Tim has recently joined the VFF team and has extensive background in employee relations, human resources, and industrial relations. He’s spent ten years growing up on a property with wheat, cattle, sheep, and grain and has a working knowledge of issues affecting farmers. More recently, he’s worked in industries including finance, aged care, health, and local government.

The Workplace Relations service can help you with a lot of workplace matters, but some are best left to the experts, so we don’t provide legal advice about Court or Fair Work Commission hearings. For those types of matters we recommend engaging an employment lawyer.
We don’t provide details about specific Workcover matters, or specific advice on superannuation cases as they are specialist areas, and your insurer or superannuation fund is best placed to help you there.
