Guide to the new EPA Act

In 2021 the VFF partnered with the Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) and law firm Ashurt to present a series of seminars for members detailing their obligations under the new environmental laws dealing with pollution and waste. The Environment Protection Act 2017 commenced on 1 July 2021, replacing the Environment Protection Act 1970. The VFF has made the information presented at these seminars and other guidance available for all farm businesses on this web page.
