Stock Handling Workshop, Camperdown
June 7 @ 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
Experience Stress-Free Stock Handling at Camperdown Saleyards!
Join us for a hands-on session led by the Stock Sense team and expert Stock Handler, Jack Briscoe. Learn invaluable techniques to care for your cattle with minimal stress and maximum safety.
District Veterinary Officer, Hannah Manning, from Agriculture Victoria will also be speaking on all things you should know when buying animals and fit-to-load when selling animals. Hannah has spent her whole life around cows and generally just loves agriculture. She is a veterinarian and has worked in private mixed practice in Australia and New Zealand. After a desire to get involved in ‘bigger picture’ work Hannah started with Agriculture Victoria working as a District Veterinarian. Recently she started a new extension role with Agriculture Victoria and is loving being more directly involved in education and working with proactive producers. We invite you to bring along your questions for Hannah.
