ROB MARTIN – SENIOR WORKPLACE RELATIONS ADVISOR
Rob has provided VFF members with workplace relations advice for over eight years.
Prior to joining the VFF, Rob was a Workplace Relations Advisor with the Victorian Employer’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI).
He has appeared in the Fair Work Commission on numerous matters including unfair dismissal claims, unlawful termination/adverse action claims, union disputes and underpayment of wages matters.
Rob provides members with advice over the phone and also represents members on a fee for service basis with more complex matters. He also has a thorough understanding of workplace legislation as well as modern awards and can provide your business with advice and support in achieving compliance.

sarah parker- HR/Workplace relations Admin Officer
As the Workplace Relations and HR Admin Officer for the VFF, Sarah provides comprehensive and confidential administrative support to Patricia Murdock and to the Workplace Relations and Human Resources Department.
In addition, Sarah provides administrative support to the VFF Industrial Association and can provide basic advice on industrial issues such as wage rates, leave entitlements, WorkCover and superannuation.
Sarah comes from a strong customer service and administrative background and has completed a Diploma of Human Resources Management and a Diploma of Business Administration.
CARLY KOHLER - WORKPLACE RELATIONS & HR ADVISOR (ON MATERNITY LEAVE)
Prior to joining the VFF, Carly was a Senior Associate at Minter Ellison Lawyers where she worked for seven years defending WorkCover serious injury and statutory benefits claims in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts. Carly is also a licensed investigator and has experience conducting workplace investigations and file reviews on behalf of insurers and employers.
